Facility Information
High Performance Golf provides year-round Golf instruction, physical fitness and mental coaching. They utilize the latest in golf technologies including High Speed video, K-Vest 3-D motion capture systems and launch monitors. Using the K-Vest system they will break down the efficiency of YOUR swing, then targeting areas of concern. Their focus may involve improving flexibility, mobility, strength and/or technique. You will then train golf specific muscle groups, to allow you to hit the ball further and more consistently.
Their golf training starts from the ground up. Private instruction will focus on identifying the root cause; beginning with the basics (Grip, Aim, Stance and Posture) and progressing to physical evaluations. A TPI certified staff member from FORE Performance will facilitate a physical screening. Any limitation will then be identified and targeted for improvement.
High Performance Golf’s unique teaching staff combines over 25 years of knowledge and multiple certifications. They have also worked with some of golf’s top instructors as well as players.

High Performance Golf,
It is a nice facility, the worst part is the balls aren’t real but everyone there is real nice.
Went down to Play Better Golf this past weekend to pick up the new TaylorMade Burner 2.0. What a great shop, perfect location and the staff is great! Make sure to try them out if you are looking for a new club and to get fitted.
Great place to practice during the winter to stay sharp and fix any flaws during the season. Was just re-finished with a brand new simulator and now every ball you hit is real no more fakes ones! The staff is friendly and always thinks of you first. Best place to get fitted for clubs in Rochester.
