Cobblestone Creek Country Club,
Cobblestone is a really tough course. The terrain and hazards provide a challenge for any golfer, but remains enjoyable. They offer great tournaments and if your off your game you can always go fishing in the water hazards for large mouth bass (although not recommended). The houses surrounding the course are exquisite and allow you to go golfing in your backyard. All in all this course is exceptional.
As I understand it, Cobblestone Creek was conceived with a singular goal…to design and build a golf course reminiscent of the legendary circuits of Scotland, England and North America. Today, Cobblestone Creek stands alone atop the Rochester area in real estate desirability and has been identified one of the finest golf course/residential communities in the Northeast. There is over a 2000 yard difference from the front to back tees so as long as a player is honest in assessing their true ability, they’ll have a blast here…if not, they’ll likely make excuses. Play from the correct tee and you’ll never want to leave!
