Brian Jacobs is taking his golf clinic on the road to Carolina Trace Country Club in Sanford, North Carolina. Brian has worked as a Lead Instructor for ESPN Golf Schools where he trained under Hank Haney former teacher of Tiger Woods. Brian is a Hank Haney Golf Certified Instructor, being 1 of 5 Instructors Worldwide to achieve and possess the certification of Level 3; Brian continues to be mentored by Hank and his staff. Brian’s golf clinic will help you to become stronger mentally and physically at the game of golf.
Carolina Trace Country Club offers (2) 18 hole PGA-level golf courses in a spectacular natural setting. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the Lake Course opened for play in 1971. Jones, Sr.’s creativity of design is apparent in the Lake Course and remains visible on every hole. The Lake Course winds around the 315-acre Lake Trace with such captivating views that maintaining focus on ones golf game can be difficult.
The Creek Course features dramatic elevation changes, rolling terrain, and a meandering creek interspersed among the 18 holes. The narrow fairways are Bermuda grass with the greens featuring Crenshaw Bent grass.
Along with a full length driving range the practice facility can accommodate upwards of 20 players at a time. A short game practice area with a regulation green, bunkers, chipping and pitching areas can replicate every type of lie encountered on the course.
